Air Canada Vacations Upgrading Its Booking Engine

Air Canada Vacations will upgrade its existing ISO Platform, Ocean, to a new booking engine dubbed Pacific. ACV has worked with ISO Travel Solutions since 2005, but Managing Director Nino Montagnese says the new system will offer huge advantages.
“This is going to change Air Canada Vacations moving forward. Big time,” Montagnese told Open Jaw.
“The Pacific platform offers us the ultimate flexibility to continue to fulfill the needs of our customers. The streamlined and intuitive booking engine helps us to deliver our carefully curated vacations to our customers for all styles of travel.”
