Travel Agents Take Heart: Allianz Report Says Canadians Want To Travel

There’s good news for travel agents: Canadians are becoming more confident that they will travel this coming winter season.
The third annual Canadian Winter Vacation Confidence Index by Allianz Global Assistance, a leading provider of travel insurance and assistance services, shows that 47 per cent of Canadians plan to take a break this winter, a significant six-point increase from last year. Confidence is highest among Albertans (53 per cent) and lowest in B.C. (41 per cent).
