FRAUD ALERT: Libia Ysabel Guerra Paez

TICO is cautioning all travel retailers and travel wholesalers about accepting bookings from an individual by the name Libia Ysabel Guerra Paez and/or Representaciones Neward Inc. on behalf of consumers.
According to officials, it appears that this person may be selling travel services and operating as a travel agent without TICO registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act.
Reported incidents mainly relate to all-inclusive packaged holidays to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
