Dear Tammy: Every year I set goals; Some I meet and some I don’t. How can I change this so I meet every goal I set for myself in 2018? Have you set your goals?
Tammy: Firstly, Happy New Year 2018! With every new year comes the ability to start fresh, which can make for a really exciting 2018 because it means a clean slate.
Setting goals every year is a really great idea, even if you don’t meet every single one. Wouldn’t you agree that making too many goals you can’t quite meet is a much better option than not setting any at all?
