Air Canada Learning Centre: Video Resources for Travel Agencies

On December 3rd, 2024, ACTA in partnership with Air Canada provided a webinar update on NDC Updates and An Overview of Continuous Pricing. Many questions were asked and to help you get the answers Air Canada has developed a comprehensive video resource and FAQ document. The videos provides an overview of the issue, real-world examples, and answers to frequently asked questions from webinar participants. These videos are now available in the Learning Centre of the Agent Reference section on the Air Canada agent website. This is available in English and French.

In addition, Air Canada has also released a video explaining Continuous Pricing—a critical topic as the company continues to implement Continuous Pricing throughout 2025.
