Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) and chargebacks have certainly been hot topics at our meetings. IATA Training has taken the initiative to create a one (1) day course, delivered by the IATA ADM Reduction Project team. 

We have reviewed the previous price and have provided an additional discount.

    • Location: IATA Head Office – Montreal – 800 Place Victoria, 11th floor, Montreal, Quebec H4Z 1M1
    • Price: 
        • Early bird registration no later than September 26th = 340 USD + taxes 
        • After September 26th, registration fee =  440 USD + taxes (participants can continue to register if the course is confirmed as taking place)
        • ACTA members will receive an additional 10% discount (please contact ACTA to receive Promo Code)

We require a minimum of 25 attendees in order to run this course. The maximum attendance will be 60. The course is open to all industry participants. Please feel free to share this invitation with your colleagues.
